Crocketts Limited does not charge customers for its free eligibility check service.

*In successful cases, Crocketts Limited charge fees of 15% to 30% (plus VAT). A success fee will be deducted from each successful claim.

If you cancel your claim after the 14-day cooling-off period, you may be charged for any work undertaken at a rate of £60 (including VAT) per hour.
